FMCG Sales Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven FMCG Sales Executive to expand our presence and drive revenue growth across assigned territories. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of proven experience in FMCG sales, strong market knowledge, and excellent relationship-building skills to achieve sales targets and build lasting partnerships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for FMCG products.
- Market Development: Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and institutional clients in the assigned region.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners to ensure continuous product movement.
- Promotions & Merchandising: Execute trade promotions, product displays, and in-store branding to maximize visibility and sales.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to provide actionable insights to management.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, submit regular sales reports, and track receivables.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability and smooth order fulfillment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2–3 years in FMCG field sales, distribution management, or channel sales.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong network with distributors/retailers in the region is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple accounts, and travel extensively within the territory.
