**Responsibilities and Duties**

Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
- Strong Knowledge of all the recruitment portals
- Calling for recruitment for all profiles
- Understanding the requirement and its priority
- Create the Job description
- Post job on the Hiring portals, social media and other sources
- Conducting interviews and follow up till selection
- Inform the Reporting Manager after selection for salary negotiation and closure
- Release offer letter
- Making new connections on Linked in for Hiring purpose

**Skills : -**
- Proven 6 Months of experience required as IT Recruiter
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills
- Excellent record-keeping skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work comfortably under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

**Academic Qualification**:
MBA, BBA, PGDM(HR), BA, Diploma in HR and Marketing.

**Interview Process**:

- 1st Round: Telephonic Filtering round with HR team for initial screening.
- 2ndRound: Face to Face round which includes aptitude test followed by the Basic Written/Verbal Technology Test.
- 3rd Round: Practical Technology Test.
- 4thRound: Final HR Round.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
