Job Summary:
The Finance Debt Collector is responsible for contacting individuals or businesses with outstanding debts and working to recover the owed funds. They must possess strong communication and negotiation skills, be knowledgeable about debt collection regulations, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant debt collection laws and regulations, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), while interacting with debtors.

Investigation: Investigate debtor information, payment histories, and financial situations to determine the most appropriate collection strategy.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and payment arrangements with debtors.

Negotiation: Negotiate with debtors to establish reasonable and mutually agreeable repayment plans, considering their financial capabilities.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering debtor inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing clear information about their debts.

Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on collection activities and progress to management.

Skip Tracing: Use skip tracing techniques and tools to locate debtors who have moved or changed contact information.

Legal Actions: Collaborate with legal teams and external agencies when necessary to initiate legal actions for debt recovery.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
