Job Title: Debt Syndication Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced debt syndication professional to lead our debt syndication activities, ensuring optimal financial outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end process of debt syndication, including structuring, preparing, presenting, and negotiating loan proposals with banks and financial institutions.
  • Advise and assist clients in accessing funding through government schemes for SMEs/MSMEs, maximizing benefit utilization and driving business growth.
  • Broker strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and rating agencies to facilitate approvals and successful deal closures, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Oversee preparation, review, and submission of loan documentation, ensuring compliance with all banking, RBI, and regulatory requirements, minimizing risk exposure.
  • Stay updated on financial products, government incentives, lending policies, and interest rate trends to provide clients with informed borrowing strategies, empowering them to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary financial data, business projections, and supporting documents for proposals, driving a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Expand and strengthen relationships with lenders, government agencies, and ecosystem partners to access diverse financing options, driving business innovation and expansion.

Qualifications & Experience: CA/Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Commerce. 5-6 years of experience in debt syndication, corporate finance, or banking, with a proven track record of success.
