**About the Role**:
This isn’t just a support role—it’s a front-row seat to **build Parikshak’s voice, presence, and narrative across India**.

If you’re scrappy, curious, and hungry to learn how brands are built from scratch—this is your shot.

**What You’ll Actually Do***:

- **Own day-to-day marketing operations**—campaign coordination, social media scheduling, content tracking, asset management, etc.
- **Help manage our brand presence across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp**—from scheduling posts to tracking performance
- **Support GTM campaigns**—coordinate design, content, and ops for product drops, community launches, or placement drives
- **Track campaign performance and report learnings**—what worked, what flopped, and why
- **Work across teams**—you’ll collaborate with product, design, community, and founders to make sure our voice is sharp, consistent, and fast-moving

**Requirements**:
**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1-3 years of experience in **B2B/B2C marketing, content creation, or brand operations**
- You write clearly, creatively, and quickly—whether it’s a social caption or a job banner
- You love early-stage chaos and don’t wait for perfect briefs to get started
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Notion, basic analytics (Google Sheets, GA), and scheduling platforms
- Bonus if you’ve worked in **hiring-tech, edtech, SaaS, or with Gen Z-facing brands**
