Sales and Marketing Associate - Immediate Start (Remote / Work from Home)

Fabiia is a furniture and interiors company specialising in high-end FF&E for residential, commercial and hospitality projects. Headquartered in the UK with a showroom in Central London, Fabiia delivers creative, design-led furniture and interior solutions for clients across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Associate to support our sales and marketing team in client outreach, lead generation, and coordination for interior and furniture projects. This role requires excellent English communication skills, a professional approach, and strong organisational abilities.

The ideal candidate will confidently interact with procurement companies, interior designers, and fit-out contractors to introduce Fabiia's portfolio, generate leads, and assist with marketing follow-ups.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify fit-out contractors, procurement firms, and corporate clients in the interiors, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone to present Fabiia's products and services.
  • Manage outreach databases, track responses, and follow up on business leads.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients and management.
  • Prepare and send company portfolios, product presentations, and introductions.
  • Support marketing initiatives including LinkedIn campaigns, vendor registrations, and client database updates.
  • Maintain communication logs and activity trackers for management reporting.
  • Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Research and register Fabiia on vendor platforms and procurement portals of target clients.
  • Assist with event, exhibition, and networking registrations related to business development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in sales coordination, client outreach, or marketing roles - preferably in interiors, furniture, or fit-out industry.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, people-oriented approach.
  • Well-organised and proactive with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and deliver consistent results.

Pay and Benefits:

Pay: ₹3.6 - ₹4.8 LPA (depending on experience and skill level)

Work Mode: Remote (Work from Home)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday - half day)

Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Indian time) with one hour of break included
