We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will work during the night shift to cater to clients in the USA and Canada, focusing on promoting and selling our premium Ayurvedic products to healthcare professionals, including Ayurvedic practitioners, herbalists, and naturopaths.

Work Hours: 8:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in the USA and Canada, such as Ayurvedic doctors, herbalists, and naturopaths.
  • Present and propose our product offerings and business model to prospective clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly.

Marketing Support:

  • Assist in executing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our brand and products.
  • Gather client feedback to help improve marketing materials and sales pitches.

Market Research:

  • Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities within the USA and Canada markets.

Reporting and Coordination:

  • Provide daily and weekly sales reports to the management team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management (experience in the Ayurveda or wellness industry is a plus).

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge or interest in Ayurveda and herbal products is highly desirable.

Note: Candidates must be comfortable working during night hours (IST) to cater to the USA and Canada markets. Candidates should have their own laptop and wifi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
