Job Title: Associate Concierge (Market Research)

Location: Remote / WFH

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (6 Days) 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST

Job Description: We seek a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Concierge specializing in Market Research. As an Associate Concierge, your primary responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, curating vehicle listings, Insurance Monitoring, and maintaining timely communication with clients. This role requires proficiency in Market Research and Microsoft Excel, as well as excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand Client Requirements:

- Gather and comprehend client preferences and needs to tailor vehicle recommendations accordingly.

Curate Vehicles:

- Identify and curate a selection of vehicles based on client specifications.
- Update curated listings every 48 hours to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Client Communication:

- Address client queries related to curation and market research promptly.

Team Coordination:

- Collaborate with the team to facilitate the progression of client activities to the following stages.
- Update curated lists based on evolving client requirements.

Market Research Expertise:

- Leverage market research skills to stay informed about the latest trends and offerings in the automotive industry.

Microsoft Excel Proficiency:

- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, organization, and reporting.

Car Concierge Pro Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with vehicle acquisition, lease negotiations, and car buying processes.
- Research and present vehicle options based on client preferences.
- Maintain client satisfaction through prompt and accurate responses.

AiM Responsibilities:

- Monitor clients’ existing insurance policies to ensure they are not overpaying.
- Continuously check major insurance providers for competitive premiums while maintaining the same coverage.
- Inform clients about better insurance premium options if found.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Market Research and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in English.
- Immediate availability.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- US shift
