**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Support and Process Optimization**:Assist in managing and optimizing operational processes to ensure seamless execution across all marketing activities. This includes monitoring workflows, maintaining marketing tools and platforms, coordinating task assignments, and ensuring timely reporting and data accuracy. The goal is to ensure smooth operations and enhance the efficiency of marketing initiatives.
- **Design & Content Creation**:Create engaging content including social media graphics and newsletters. Write compelling content for social media platforms.
- **LinkedIn Marketing**:Develop and implement LinkedIn marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and promote our services.
- **Freelancing and Job Search Support**:Identify and pursue relevant project opportunities for Auditree on freelancing platforms by developing strong proposals and managing communication with potential clients. Actively search for and shortlist job postings that align with Auditree’s business goals, ensuring consistent efforts to secure new projects and expand the company’s freelance client base.
- **Client Shortlisting**:Conduct research to identify and shortlist potential clients and leads, utilizing various tools and platforms.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, develop strategies and execute it.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Equivalent experience in marketing or a similar discipline may also be considered.
- **Experience**:1 year of experience in marketing or a related role is preferred. Experience in content creation, social media management, or LinkedIn marketing is a plus. Exposure to freelancing platforms or client management is advantageous.

**Required Skills**:

- **Proficiency in Design Tools**: Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and content management systems.
- **Content Creation & Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for diverse platforms.
- **Social Media Expertise**: Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing strategies and other social media platforms, with a focus on audience engagement and brand promotion.
- **Project Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyse data from marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- **Team Collaboration**: Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Work Environment**:

- Remote-First: Auditree is a fully remote firm, and all team members are expected to work from home. Familiarity with remote work and comfort with working in a virtual team environment is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.88 per month
