**Purpose of the position**

1**.Manage the Vice Chairman’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.**

**2.Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.**

**3.Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Vice Chairman.**

**4.Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.**

**5.Track project progress and provide regular updates to the Vice Chairman.**

**6.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across different departments and teams.**

**Qualifications**:
**1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.**

**2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the autocomponents industry.**

**3.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.**

**4.Strong written and verbal communication skills.**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
