MotionGility is an AI-powered marketing agency and India’s leading Animated Explainer Video Company. We help brands tell powerful visual stories and create engaging digital experiences. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Social Media Executive** to join our marketing team and take charge of our online voice and brand personality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create engaging, original content tailored to each platform, in collaboration with the design and content teams.
- Plan and schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, CTR, etc.) and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated with social trends, algorithm changes, and industry updates to keep content relevant.
- Manage and engage with online communities and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner.
- Assist with influencer outreach and collaborations, where applicable.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency and timely campaign execution.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in managing social media for brands or agencies.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and trends.
- Excellent writing, captioning, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in using tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for digital trends.
