**Job Title: Branding & Social Media Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Management**:

- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity aligned with the company’s vision.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create compelling brand materials.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies to increase engagement and reach.
- **Content Creation**:

- Design and produce content, including graphics, videos, and copywriting, that align with branding guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends to incorporate innovative ideas into campaigns.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner to foster a positive online presence.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers and partners to enhance the brand’s reputation.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and target audiences to refine branding strategies.
- Identify opportunities to expand the company’s online presence and drive brand awareness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in branding, marketing, or social media management (1+ years).
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Ads) and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and digital marketing trends.
- Creative mindset with excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Better understanding of AI and Algorithm.
