**Job description**:
At Aspire Initiatives Co., we are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Social Media Marketing Executive who is passionate about digital marketing and has a knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Facebook Ads, Instagram Marketing, Canva Design and more. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and rapidly growing company, where you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media campaigns, creating eye-catching visuals, optimizing Facebook Ads, and supporting overall marketing efforts.

**Job Objectives**
- To develop strong and innovative strategies to promote the business brand, products, and services

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute engaging social media marketing campaigns, comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Responsible for creating new media campaigns on client accounts.
- Create engaging, informative, eye-catching graphics and visuals using Adobe Photoshop & Canvas to enhance our brand's online presence, to promote brand awareness and attract target audiences.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and community management, ensuring consistent brand voice and high-quality standards.
- Optimize Facebook Ads to drive traffic, increase conversions, and boost brand awareness, ensuring our campaigns reach the right audience at the right time. Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (e.g. Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, using advanced Excel skills to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensures prompt and proper resolution of client queries by providing additional information or escalating the issue
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with Aspire Initiatives Co.'s goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, suggesting new ideas and innovative approaches to enhance our digital marketing efforts.
- Conduct regular audits for social media and website marketing performance.
- Assist in the creation and editing of marketing materials, including MS-Word documents, to support Aspire Initiatives Co.'s marketing initiatives and ensure consistent branding across all channels.

**Competencies Required**
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest
- Certification in Digital Marketing will be preferred
- Knowledge of Artificial intelligence (AI).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects

**Qualification**:Any Graduate or Post Graduate with 1-2 Years Work Experience
- Knowledge in MS-Office - MS Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good Analytical skills & Decision making skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts.

Minimum 1 year experience required in Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing.
