**About the Role**:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Social Media Executive** to join our marketing team. This role involves managing our brand’s presence across various social media platforms, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, curate, and schedule daily content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
- Design and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, brand awareness, and community engagement
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep content relevant and effective
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a positive online reputation
- Work with designers, content writers, and video editors to produce high-quality posts and visuals
- Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, and follower growth; prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, tools, and platform updates
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, HR, product) for cross-functional campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in managing brand social media accounts
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
- Strong copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Creative mindset and understanding of content trends & user behavior
- Basic knowledge of design tools or video editing is a plus

**Preferred**:

- Experience in a B2B or tech-focused company
- Familiarity with paid social media ads (Meta, LinkedIn)
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing integration

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
