We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern who is eager to learn, innovate, and contribute to impactful marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Social Media Strategy & Execution**:

- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies for various brands.
- Maintain a content calendar and schedule posts across platforms.
- Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and platform updates.

**Content Creation & Management**:

- Assist in creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Work closely with designers and video editors to produce high-quality visuals.
- Optimize posts with creative captions, hashtags, and strategic posting times.

**Community Engagement & Growth**:

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience queries.
- Help in growing the social media community through active engagement.
- Assist in influencer collaborations and partnership outreach.

**Performance Analysis & Reporting**:

- Track and analyze social media metrics using insights and analytics tools.
- Prepare performance reports with key takeaways and improvement strategies.
- Suggest optimizations based on engagement trends and audience behavior.

**Team Collaboration & Learning**:

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Work alongside the marketing team to execute innovative campaigns.
- Gain hands-on experience in social media ads, content planning, and brand storytelling.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for social media marketing and content creation.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter algorithms.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools is a plus.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
