**Content Creation & Management**:

- Develop, write, and edit high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and curate posts, images, videos, and other multimedia content to engage the audience.
- Plan and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- **Community Engagement**:

- Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive and engaging online community by building relationships with followers, answering queries, and addressing concerns.
- **Social Media Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with the overall marketing strategy.
- Track social media trends and competitor activities to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative.
- Suggest new social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
- **Performance Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Use analytics tools to track social media performance (reach, engagement, growth, etc.) and generate weekly/monthly reports.
- Analyze insights and optimize content strategies for better results.
- Provide recommendations based on performance data to improve social media engagement.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure that all social media communications are consistent with the brand's voice, tone, and guidelines.
- Promote brand campaigns and initiatives across social media platforms to ensure maximum exposure.
- **Collaboration with Other Teams**:

- Coordinate with the content team, design team, and marketing team to ensure smooth execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
- Assist with influencer collaborations or brand partnerships for social media promotions.
- **Crisis Management**:

- Handle any negative comments or online reputation issues professionally and in alignment with company policies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to craft engaging and professional posts for diverse audiences.
- **Creative Thinking**: Ability to create innovative, engaging content and campaigns to connect with the target audience.
- **Social Media Expertise**: Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy and precision in content creation, proofreading, and scheduling.
- **Basic Graphic Design Knowledge**: Familiarity with tools like Canva or Photoshop is a plus, though not required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
