**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos).
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to optimize strategies.
- Respond to audience interactions and build community engagement.
- Track social media metrics, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 months of experience** as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
- **Excellent communication and creative writing skills**.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Ability to think creatively and work under deadlines.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in running paid ads (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn).
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools.

Pay: ₹8,171.61 - ₹29,111.68 per month
