**Social Media Marketing Executive (Organic Marketing)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, plan, and manage content calendars for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create and edit engaging content, including copywriting, captions, and interactive posts.
- Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging, tone, and engagement.
- Monitor industry trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to optimize content strategy.
- Actively engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketing teams to execute campaigns effectively.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in organic social media marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in social media management or content creation (organic marketing).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content strategies.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work creatively and independently while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track and optimize performance.
