**Social Media Executive**
- Your Role:
As a Social Media Executive, you’ll be responsible for growing ICHARS’ digital presence by creating engaging content, managing communities, and running AI-powered campaigns.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Develop AI-powered social media strategies to boost engagement & reach.
✔ Create high-quality content (posts, reels, podcasts, contests, etc.).
✔ Manage community engagement, responding to comments/messages.
✔ Collaborate with influencers & brand ambassadors for promotions.
✔ Analyze performance & optimize campaigns using AI tools.
✔ Generate AI-based podcasts from articles and publish them on Spotify & the website.
✔ Run contests & interactive campaigns to drive engagement & lead generation.
✔ Assist in managing paid social media campaigns.
- What We’re Looking For:
1-2 years of experience in social media marketing.
Strong knowledge of AI-powered content tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Meta Studio, Hootsuite, Buffer.
Creativity, innovation & a strong data-driven mindset.
**Salary**: 15,000 p.m
Location: Indore (MP)
- Performance Metrics (KPIs):
✔ 20% growth in followers & engagement per quarter.
✔ 10% increase in post interactions per month.
✔ 75+ leads per month from contests & interactive posts.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Work Location: In person
Expected Start Date: 30/04/2025
