**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage and update** social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- **Post company photos, project updates, and behind-the-scenes content** regularly.
- Create engaging **captions, hashtags, and interactive content** to boost engagement.
- **Monitor, respond, and interact** with followers and comments.
- Maintain and update the **company website with project images, news, and blogs**.
- Coordinate with the **design team to create banners, posts, and marketing materials**.
- Track and analyze **social media performance metrics** and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on **social media trends, algorithms, and best practices**.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- **1-2 years of experience** in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in **Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools** for social media posts.
- Strong understanding of **Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and website management**.
- Basic knowledge of **SEO and website content management (WordPress, Wix, etc.)** is a plus.
- Excellent **creativity, writing, and communication skills**.
- Ability to **manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines**.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience in **content creation for architecture, design, or real estate firms** is a plus.
- Knowledge of **social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)**.

**Work Conditions**:
