**Job Description: Social Media Executive**

**Experience**: 1-3 Years
**Location**: Nipania, Indore

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
- Create, curate, and manage content for all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Schedule posts and monitor engagement metrics to ensure consistent activity across channels.
- **Content Creation & Branding**:

- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce visually appealing and engaging posts, stories, and videos.
- Ensure content aligns with the company's branding and messaging guidelines.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve audience engagement and growth.
- **Campaign Execution**:

- Plan and manage social media campaigns to promote brand awareness, product launches, and events.
- Track ROI and performance for paid and organic campaigns.
- **Trend Awareness**:

- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and tools.
- Identify opportunities for innovation in social media coverage.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to maintain positive relationships with the audience.
- Monitor and manage the online reputation of the brand.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Canva.
- Strong understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Instagram Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
