**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.

**RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Manage and oversee all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video posts.
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and engage with followers in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance our social media presence.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance monitoring.

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
