**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging content tailored for various social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
- **Strategy Development**: Create and implement social media marketing strategies that align with business goals and target audience preferences.
- **Community Engagement**: Foster relationships with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other marketing team members to coordinate campaigns and ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Proven experience in social media marketing or a related field, typically requiring 2+ years in a similar role.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and derive actionable insights.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
- **Creativity**: A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
- **Education**: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is often preferred, though relevant experience may be considered.

Pay: ₹8,125.38 - ₹29,029.84 per month
