**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and copywriters for campaign development.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement.
- Monitor user feedback and address queries or complaints professionally.
- Track and report on social media metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Use analytics to optimize performance and recommend improvements.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns for product launches, events, and promotions.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand reach.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Experiment with innovative content formats and engagement techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
