**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry & Accounting**:

- Perform daily accounting entries in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) accurately.
- Ensure proper documentation and organization of financial records.
- **Excel Management**:

- Maintain and update financial records, including sales, purchases, and expenses, in Excel.
- Prepare spreadsheets for budget tracking, financial reporting, and analysis as required.
- **Accounts Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, bank statements, and other financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- **Billing & Invoicing**:

- Generate invoices, ensure timely payments, and track outstanding receivables.
- Handle vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- **Assist in Taxation and Compliance**:

- Support in GST filings, TDS calculations, and other tax-related tasks.
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies and compliance with tax regulations.
- **Financial Documentation**:

- Maintain files for bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Support the team in maintaining proper filing systems for easy retrieval of financial information.
- **General Office Support**:

- Assist in miscellaneous tasks such as preparing reports, data analysis, and other ad hoc financial projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth functioning of financial processes.
- **Audit Support**:

- Assist the senior accountant during internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and information.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **freshers only **.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
- knowledge of MS Excel
- Good in calculations and accounts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:
