A leading Cement, Steel and construction materials supplier Vadodara based Firm required an Account Assistant.

We are looking for a Jr. Accountant with minimum 02 years of experience to support and Assist the team of Senior Accountants.

To be successful as a junior accountant, you should possess a stable working track record, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be knowledgeable in the current accounting practices.

**Responsibilities**

1. Record all business transactions by posting and processing journal entries.

2. Maintain accounts receivable and generate invoices

3. Reconcile accounts payable and update accounts payable

4. Record Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payments all business transactions entries.

5. Assist in the checking Purchase order and processing of Sales order, debit note, credit note, balance confirmation, reconciliation.

6. Little bit knowledge about GST and TDS.

7. Assist with the expense review.

8. Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.

9. Write and submit reports on a weekly or monthly basis.

10. Assist senior accountants in preparing monthly and annual closings

11. Help with other accounting projects as needed.

**Requirements and skills.**
- Demonstrated experience as a junior accountant
- Ability to learn the new things related to taxation.
- Extensive attention to detail
- Ability to work with numbers and figures, as well as analytical skills
- Solid accounting knowledge
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
- B. Com/ Any Graduate with Tally and Accounting Knowledge
- Salary - 12,000/- to 19,000/
- Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
