- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**: Accurately inputting financial data into accounting software and maintaining organized records of transactions, invoices, and payments.
- **Accounts Payable (AP)**: Processing invoices, obtaining necessary approvals, preparing payments, and reconciling vendor statements.
- **Accounts Receivable (AR)**: Generating invoices, tracking payments, following up on outstanding balances, and assisting with collections.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Reconciling bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy.
- **Expense Reports**: Processing employee expense reports, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- **General Ledger Support**: Assisting with the preparation of journal entries and maintaining the general ledger.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assisting in the preparation of basic financial reports and summaries.
- **Administrative Support**: Providing general administrative support to the finance department, including filing, photocopying, and handling correspondence.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring adherence to company financial policies and procedures.
- **Audit Support**: Assisting with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- **Other Duties**: Performing other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Required minimum 1 year Experienced in accounts.
