**Position & Location**

**JR. Account Executive cum Cashier - Ahmedabad**

**Role of the Position**
- ? The Jr. Account Executive cum Cashier will take care of all cash receipts & payments, Invoice entries, and Voucher entries and other accounts work

**Primary Responsibilities**

**1.** Cash receipts and Payment

**2.** Cash Budget and Planning

**3.** Cash Accounting

**4.** Checking, Verification of Bills Payable, Preparation of Payment vouchers and accounting with proper narration on a daily basis

**Secondary Responsibilities**

**1.** Salary Payments Attendance sheet Verification

**2.** Managing Important Files and records

**3.** Preparing Invoices and keeping track of collections

**Requisite skill & attributes**

**Functional**:

- ? Experience in Cash management and accounting
- ? Understanding of the verifying process of cash expenses.
- ? Proper understanding of accounting entries and in software

**Skills Required**:
**IT Skills**
- ? Tally, Accounting Software/ERP,
- ? MS Office (Especially in Advance Excel)

**Behavioral**
- ? Initiative taker
- ? Good communication

**Physical Standard (if any)**
- ? Good health to ensure extensive travel

**Education Qualification**

**Experience Range No of**

**Years**
- Minimum 4 Years in Relevant Field

**Compensation**
- Up to 3.5 lakh per annum
