Job description Position: Jr. Accounts Executive Experience : 2 to 4 years Location: Ahmedabad Key Responsibilities 1. Support Financial Operations: o Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining ledgers. o Help with the preparation of financial reports and documents. 2. Documentation & Record-Keeping: o Maintain accurate records of financial transactions. o Ensure all documents are properly filed and accessible for auditing or reporting. 3. Accounts Payable & Receivable: o Assist in tracking payments and receivables. o Help with billing clients and reconciling incoming payments. 4. Bank Reconciliation: o Support the senior team in reconciling bank statements. o Identify and correct discrepancies in records. 5. Support Budgeting & Forecasting: o Provide data or basic analysis to help with financial planning. o Assist in monitoring department budgets. 6. Client & Vendor Coordination: o Communicate with clients and vendors to handle queries regarding payments or invoices. o Ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding dues. 7. Software Use: o Work with accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems to enter and manage financial data. 8. Internal Collaboration: o Coordinate with internal teams like sales, procurement, and HR for billing and payroll-related activities. 9. Compliance & Audit Support: o Ensure transactions comply with company policies and financial regulations. o Support internal or external audits with the necessary documentation.
