**Job Title**: GEM- GOVT PORTAL EXECUTIVE

**Location**: Noida Sector 135

**Job Summary**:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive for GEM Government Portal Tenders at InfraR Solutions in Mayur Vihar. The Executive for GEM Government Portal Tenders will be responsible for managing government tenders through the GEM portal, liaising with government agencies, and ensuring timely submission of bids.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and research relevant tenders on the GEM portal.
- Engage with government contacts for clarifications and updates.
- Prepare and submit tender documents, ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Liaise with government departments to ensure smooth tender processes.
- Maintain relationships with key government contacts.
- Monitor ongoing tenders and update the GEM portal regularly.
- Work closely with internal teams to finalize submissions.
- Track and manage tender status and progress.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- BTech (Electrical), or related fields.

**Skills**:

- Experience in GEM portal and government tenders
- Knowledge of government procurement and policies.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Prior experience in government liaisoning and government connects is essential.

**Soft Skills**:

- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Strong communication skills to interact with management.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
