_**Responsibilities**:_
- _Efficiently manage back-office operations and associated non-voice processes._
- _Manage and address clinician inquiries within designated patient groups._
- _Maintain communication with clinicians regarding patient-related updates._
- _Coordinate with clinicians to arrange additional disciplines required for patients._
- _Ensure timely execution of prescribed patient lab tests by informing and reminding clinicians._
- _Follow up with clinicians to confirm visits as per schedule._
- _Organize clinician visit schedules based on the prescribed frequency._
- _Obtain necessary clinician visit authorizations from relevant authorities._
- _Initiate discussions with clinicians whenever necessary._
- _Promptly report escalations to Team Leads in real-time._
- _Perform any other assigned tasks as needed._
- _Utilize analytical skills for database management and time-sensitive tasks._
- _Possess excellent English communication skills for effective coordination._
- _Maintain quality and standards in all non-medical processes._
- _Show accountability and adaptability to perform night shifts from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum._

- _Bachelor's degree or Diploma_
- _Freshers and experienced may apply_
- _Excellent English communication skills and efficient responsive behavior._
- _Strong analytical and database management skills._
- _Willing to work night shift from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum._
