**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review History & Physical (H&P) documents to identify required lab orders.
- Maintain and update the internal Lab Tracker with real-time information.
- Create and manage accurate patient profiles in the system.
- Schedule lab appointments and coordinate with internal teams regarding lab-related updates.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and complete documentation of all lab-related activities.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 0 to 3 years of experience in related field.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Good computer skills required.
- Prior experience in healthcare coordination or lab processes is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work regular night shifts (9:30PM to 6:30AM) and weekends if required.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
