Job Title: Customer Care Associate - Voice Process (English)

Location: Trivandrum

Employment Type: Full-time, Rotational Shifts

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns by offering appropriate solutions.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our customer management system.
- Meet or exceed quality and productivity targets.
- Adapt to a rotational shift schedule, including night shifts if required.

**Requirements**:

- Freshers with a passion for customer service are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam are required.
- Ability to handle customer calls with a positive attitude and patience.
- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred (within 15 days).
