Customer Support Executive

**Responsibilities**
2. Approaching problems in a logical way, taking the time to listen and understand what the customer needs and find an appropriate solution.
3. Checking the order status.
4. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
5. Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
6. Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
7. Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
8. Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
9. Conduct followups to ensure complete resolution of issues.
10. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
11. Identify and assess customers need to achieve satisfaction
**Required Skills**:
1. 1 to 3 year of experience.
2. Fluency in English is mandatory.
3. Attention to Detail.
4. Should have excellent communication skill.
5. Any Graduation
6. General shift full time
