Position: Customer Support Executive
Job Summary:
We are currently hiring Customer Support Executives who are fluent in Hindi to provide exceptional assistance to our valued customers. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires effective communication skills in Hindi, and
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products or services promptly and accurately in Hindi.
Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
**Requirements**:
Fluency in Hindi (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
Proven experience in customer support or related roles is preferred (1 to 2 years).
Excellent communication skills in English will be an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet.
Patience and empathy when dealing with customers' concerns.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support software is a plus.
Work Timings:
Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
Morning 9:00 AM to Evening 6:00 PM

**Salary**:
Monthly salary of INR 15,000
Benefits include Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and other company-provided facilities.
