Resposbilities of a **Customer Relationship Manager**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections, including corrective arrangements, and document notes in the current ERP system (Tally/Zoho).
- Ensure timely recording of cash receipts, incoming payments, and outgoing payments to maintain financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with sellers on invoicing and credit documentation, streamlining approval processes for efficient credit decisions.
- Make 40-50 calls daily to engage with customers, follow up on overdue accounts, and resolve payment issues.
- Monitor overdue accounts, manage debt recovery, and maintain MIS for effective credit tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate with sales teams and nationwide branches on credit decisions, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
- Meet or exceed individual cash targets and call volume metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Handle account reconciliations and corrective actions to ensure accurate customer account management.
Pay: From ₹240,000.00 per year
