Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in formulating and achieving annual sales targets for projects.
- Research potential customers to develop detailed customer profiles.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned leads, coordinating site visits.
- Develop effective engagement strategies and deliver impactful sales pitches.
- Conduct site visits, explain project specifications, and highlight key benefits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to strengthen relationships.
- Seek guidance from the reporting manager for deal closures within approved pricing bands.
- Ensure smooth handover to the CRM team post-sales for client servicing.
- Maintain relationships with customers until registration and handover of the property.
- Actively seek referrals and onboard customers to the Loyalty Program.
- Contribute insights for new product ideas and marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on project status, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Keep sales pipeline updates on the system and submit required reports.
- Focus on self-improvement and enhancing sales effectiveness.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹33,333.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 2 years (preferred)
- Lead generation: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, Kannada, Hindi (preferred)
