As a Sales Executive at Global Furnovate, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, helping clients find the perfect solutions for their interior design needs. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products and services.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial consultation to closing the sale.
- Maintain knowledge of our product offerings, including features, pricing, and customization options.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by following up on leads and proactively seeking new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and areas for improvement.
