**Job description**
Key Responsibilities:
**FMCG Industry Preferred,**
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives within the HORECA sector.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Create and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and targets.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, and cafes.
- Conduct regular meetings and visits to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
3. Business Development:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the HORECA segment.
- Develop and execute plans to penetrate new markets and expand the client base.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
4. Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients.
- Prepare and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
5. Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement corrective actions to meet or exceed sales targets.
6. Product Knowledge and Training:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
- Provide training and support to clients on product usage and benefits.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments.
7. Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support overall business goals.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members.

Pay: ₹3,60,000.00 - ₹4,50,000.00 per year
