Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive at 7stepperz Realty, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and convert sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Call leads and convert them into sales opportunities
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
3. Showcase properties, highlighting features and benefits
4. Negotiate sales transactions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
5. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
6. Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer support, etc.)
8. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction
9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions
10. Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
**Requirements**:
1. 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or related industry
2. Proven sales track record and ability to meet targets
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
4. Strong understanding of local real estate market trends and regulations
5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
6. Valid real estate license (if applicable)
7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
8. Strong organizational and time management skills
Desirable Skills:
1. Experience with online sales platforms and digital marketing tools
2. Knowledge of property law and regulations
3. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
4. Fluency in multiple languages (if applicable)
