**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Executive at Qualitech Connectronics, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the wire and cable harness market. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, understanding customer requirements, and providing customized solutions to meet their specific harnessing needs. You’ll be key in expanding our client base by targeting industries such as automotive, electronics, aerospace, medical, and industrial equipment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and approach potential clients who require wire and cable harness solutions. Actively research industry segments and emerging companies within your assigned territory.
- **Client Needs Assessment**: Understand customer requirements, recommend appropriate wire and cable harness solutions, and prepare product presentations tailored to meet these needs.
- **Sales Presentations & Demos**: Conduct product presentations and demos to showcase the quality, customization options, and benefits of our harnessing solutions.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare and present customized quotes, contracts, and agreements in alignment with client specifications and company policies.
- **Market Research & Intelligence**: Gather information on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product or service enhancements.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs, and positioning Qualitech Connectronics as their go-to harness solutions provider.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving revenue growth from new client acquisitions.
- **Collaborative Sales Planning**: Work closely with the Sales Manager and technical team to align sales strategies and leverage company resources effectively.
**Required Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the wire harness, cable harness, or related manufacturing industry.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software; ability to translate technical specifications into client-friendly language.
**Preferred Attributes**:
- Prior experience in selling to industries like automotive, aerospace, medical, or industrial manufacturing.
- A network of contacts within sectors requiring wire and cable harness solutions.
- Familiarity with customized and high-spec product sales processes.
