We are looking for a proactive and persuasive **Outbound Sales Executive** to join our travel business team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our travel services, and scheduling appointments with our travel consultants.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective leads.
- Explain travel packages and services clearly.
- Fix appointments for the sales or holiday planning team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and appointments.
- Follow up with interested leads to confirm appointments.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handover.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in telesales, outbound calling, or appointment setting preferred.
- Basic computer skills (CRM knowledge is a plus).
- Target-oriented mindset with good interpersonal skills.
- Interest in the travel and tourism industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
