**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Presentations**:

**Requirements**:

- **Real Estate Knowledge**:

- Proven understanding of the real estate market, property trends, and customer preferences.
- **Sales Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- **Negotiation Skills**:

- Strong ability to negotiate deals and resolve client concerns effectively.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**:
