**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Digital Marketing & E-commerce Marketplace Executive to join our growing team. This is an independent contributor role, ideal for someone with a deep understanding of digital commerce, marketing trends, and marketplace management who can drive performance single-handedly.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Digital Marketing Execution**:
Plan, design, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies to improve brand visibility, online reach, and lead generation.
**Marketplace Management**:
Manage end-to-end operations across national and international e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Noon, and others.
**Listing Optimization**:
Ensure high-quality and SEO-optimized product listings with regular audits to improve visibility and sales conversions.
**Trend & Competitor Analysis**:
Track and analyze current market trends, seasonal changes, and competitor performance to identify new growth opportunities.
**Marketing & Listing Audits**:
Conduct regular performance audits across digital channels and marketplaces to track performance and recommend improvements.
**Product & Vendor Sourcing**:
Identify, evaluate, and source new trending products from vendors as per market demand and sales potential.
**Tools & Technology**:
Utilize the latest marketing tools, automation platforms, and analytics dashboards to measure, report, and improve campaign performance.
**Collaboration**:
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for product availability, pricing, promotions, and timely listing updates.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce marketplace management.
- In-depth knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce processes, product lifecycle, and digital trends.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and able to manage tasks independently.
