Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and tailor customized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential clients in a professional manner.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and close deals.
