**Role Overview**:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of our training programs, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and achieving revenue targets. This is an exciting opportunity for MBA freshers looking to kickstart their careers in sales with hands-on experience in the IT training industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, and networking.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and presenting relevant training programs.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve individual and team sales targets by promoting Networkers Home's courses and offerings.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our training programs (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, etc.) and be able to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- **Follow-ups**: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients to ensure a smooth sales process.
- **Reporting**: Track and report sales activities, progress, and pipeline.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- MBA graduate (freshers welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving targets.
- Basic understanding of IT/Networking concepts is a plus (training will be provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
