TurtleEats Private limited is a leading company in the food and beverages industry, committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and market trends in the food and beverages industry.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Marketing Campaigns**: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotional events, to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- **Product Launches**: Coordinate with product development teams to plan and execute successful product launches.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, supply chain, and finance, to ensure alignment on business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Does not Matter.
- **Experience**: Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food and beverages industry. Freshers are also welcome.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
