**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end customer relationship processes to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalation management with timely resolutions.
- Maintain and update customer data using CRM software (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce or similar).
- Track customer lifecycle, follow-ups, feedback, and service requests.
- Coordinate closely with sales, operations, and support teams for smooth customer service delivery.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly CRM reports and dashboards for management review.
- Identify customer trends, service gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and communication standards.
- Drive customer engagement initiatives and loyalty programs.
**Required Skills & Competencies**
- 4-5 years of proven experience as a CRM Executive or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and manage client escalations professionally.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving approach.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Additional certification in CRM tools/software will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
