**Position: Personal Secretary / Assistant**
**Location: Faridabad**
**Company: Shivansh Logistics Private Limited**
We are looking for a **friendly**, **proactive**, and **well-organized** Personal Secretary/Assistant to join our dynamic startup team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys playing a key support role in business operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and organize daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate calendars and ensure timely reminders for key events.
- Handle travel arrangements and itineraries (local and short-term outstation).
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using **MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint**.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Communicate effectively in both **Hindi and English**, both written and spoken.
- Represent the company professionally with a **positive attitude and good appearance**.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in **Hindi and English**.
- Willingness to travel within the city and occasionally to other locations as needed.
- A professional, presentable, and approachable demeanour.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
