
Personal Secretary to CEO

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the CEO, ensuring optimal use of time and prioritization of tasks.
3. Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed. Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
4. Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute relevant documents for meetings. Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks.
5. Task Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO, facilitating communication and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
6. Expense Management: Track expenses, prepare expense reports, and reconcile receipts. Assist in budget management as required.
7. Personal Assistance: Provide personal assistance to the CEO as needed, such as coordinating personal appointments, managing household tasks, and handling personal errands.
8. Ad Hoc Support: Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the CEO, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Qualifications:
1. Proven Experience: Previous experience as a personal secretary, CEO assistant, or similar role is preferred.
2. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
3. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and diplomatic demeanour.
4. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, including document preparation and data entry.
6. Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
7. Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful and proactive in resolving issues and overcoming challenges independently.
8. Flexibility: Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to take on varied tasks as required.
9. Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
10. Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred, although relevant experience and skills will also be considered.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
